Why have you chosen to undertake breast augmentation at LAUREA CLINIC?
I have chosen breast augmentation at LAUREA Clinic after consideration and long search in offers and possibilities of different clinics on Internet. An important role played recommendation of model Hana Mašlíková, which has undertaken the same surgery at LAUREA Clinic and has been very satisfied. Another impulse for me was an article in the Kosmopolitan magazine. It was about breast modification in woman that lost too much weight at it was necessary to reduce her breasts and make them firm. She undertook this surgery at LAUREA Clinic by Josef Hrbatý M.D. with beautiful result.
How was the consultation with your surgeon, were you satisfied?

I arrived for the consultation with my Mom, I was not sure what to expect but surgeon Hrbatý was very kind and all my doubts disappeared. Surgeon Hrbatý explained everything in detail to me; he measured my chest and recommended the size of implants. From the original size two were finally implants of size three. When I think about it now, I must admit that the size two would not meet my expectations and I am glad that I have chosen size three according to estimation and measurements of the surgeon.
Your feelings from the day of the surgery and following days?
I will not say that I was absolutely calm at the day of the surgery. The atmosphere at LAUREA Clinic is not like in a typical hospital though and people are very helpful. After taking care of all the formalities a nurse took me to the room and explained everything kindly to me. I changed my clothes and the surgeon Hrbatý confirmed once again the type and size of implants with me. When I woke up after the surgery I have surprisingly felt no pain. I even felt like eating chocolate. I had no nausea that can be caused by the anesthesia. I called to my relatives and took picture of my bandaged chest. If I say that I had no pain at all it could sound weird. My back hurt, because I couldn’t move the first days. Every time when I felt some symptoms of pain I asked for an injection. The next day I need no injections anymore and I felt much better again.

At LAUREA Clinic there is nonstop service of surgeons and nurses, so you are under permanent control of professional staff.
Beds are electrically controlled so you can lift your back into needed position by pressing a button. I have used this often during the first days.
I was operated on Monday and on Thursday I went home with my parents. I could lift myself already on Friday.
How do you evaluate care of nurses on the bed department after the surgery?
I was satisfied with care of nurses as well as of surgeons. The atmosphere at the Clinic is calm and relaxing, rooms are comfortably equipped. Nurses take care of the patients fully because they are not in a hurry like we are used to it from normal hospitals. I was also amazed by the quality of food there. It is possible to choose from several meals at the Clinic and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. First meal after the surgery was beef broth; it really made me feel good.

How long did it take to recover and how satisfied are you now?
At present I am very satisfied, I enjoy it. I still come to check-ups to surgeon Hrbatý and I still wear special bra. It is important mainly for good shape of breasts and for the implants not to shift.
Would you recommend this type of surgery at LAUREA Clinic to other interested women?
Absolutely, LAUREA was a good choice. First I had a great surgeon and the after surgical care was also perfect.
