MUDr. Josef Hrbatý
After graduation in 1983 at the Medical Fakulty of the Masaryk University in Brno (at that time University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně), he worked at the Surgery and Anaesthesiological-Resuscitation Department of the hospital in Vyškov.
Since 1984, he started work on microsurgery – replantation of fingers in case of amputation injuries of children and adults, transfer of free lobes (breast reconstruction), co-operation with ORL and other clinics in reconstruction operations at the Faculty Hospital at St. Anna. In the years 2002-2004 he worked as a surgeon at the clinic of burns and reconstruction surgery in the Faculty Hospital in Brno-Bohunice and trained also its younger colleagues in the area of microsurgery.

He has been performing plastic surgeries in the whole range of our offer at our clinic since 2001. Since 2002 he also has been doing surgery in ALC Zlín in the scope of mutual co-operation.
In 1986, he passed the certification of the 1st and in 1991 of the 2nd grade in the area of plastic surgery.
MUDr. Josef Hrbatý spent some time at scholarships abroad – in Germany, Hungary, Austria, Sweden. He is the author and co-author of a lot of professional articles, mainly in the area of microsurgery. He uses anatomical implants at breast augmentation surgery as one of the first surgeons in Brno since 1999.
