MUDr. Ivo Menšík, Ph.D.
Since his graduation in 1994 he worked in the Clinics of Burns and Reconstructive Surgery of the Faculty Hospital Brno – Bohunice as the head of the Department of Reconstructive Surgery till the year 2006.
- In 1998 he passed tests for the Grade I Certificate in the area of surgery;
- Since 2003 he has the academic title Ph.D in the area of surgery (dissertation on the topic of synthetic skin substitutes);
- In 2004 he passed tests for the Grade II Certificate in the area of plastic surgery.
Since 2007 he has been working in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of the Faculty Hospital Olomouc where he focuses mainly on microsurgery and reconstructive surgery of breasts.
MUDr. Ivo Menšík passed scholarship stays at the Clinics of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of the Faculty Hospital St. Anna in Brno and at the Clinics of Plastic Surgery of the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague.
He is the author and co-author of domestic and foreign scientific presentations and publications (14 presentations, 8 publications).
